YEREVAN, 5 FEBRUARY, ARMENPRESS. The CSTO coordinating council of heads of competent bodies for the fight against illegal migration held a session in Yerevan on February 5. Among the participants were CSTO Secretary-General Nikolay Bordyuzha; Head of the Federal Migration Service of Russia, chairman of the coordinating council for the fight against illegal migration Konstantin Romodanovsky; Deputy Head of the Department of Citizenship and Migration of the Ministry of Interior Affairs of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Tatura; Head of the Department of Migration Police of the Ministry of Interior Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Serik Sainov; Deputy Minister of Labor, Migration and Youth of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan Doskul Bekmurzan, Head of the Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Interior Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Zumrad Soliyeva and their delegations; high-ranking delegations of the Eurasian Economic Commission and the Moscow Bureau of the International Organization for Migration, as well as members of the advisory board of the Police of the Republic of Armenia and other officials.

As the Department of Public Relations and Mass Media of the Police of the Republic of Armenia reports to “Armenpress”, the session of the coordinating council began with welcoming remarks by Chief of Police of the Republic of Armenia, Lieutenant General Vladimir Gasparyan. The in-depth discussion on issues on the agenda was followed by the signing of documents finalizing the session of the coordinating council of heads of competent bodies for the fight against illegal migration in Yerevan.
