YEREVAN, 10 DECEMBER, ARMENPRESS. Moscow’s Basman Court has extended the period of Armenian businessman Levon Hayrapetyan’s house arrest for another four months, until April 19, 2015, as “ArmenPress” reports, citing TASS.
“Examining the parties’ arguments, the court has come to the conclusion that the investigator’s petition to extend the measure of restraint against defendant Hayrapetyan is subject to be upheld,” Judge Artur Karpov announced. Hayrapetyan is prohibited from leaving the premises of the house in which he lives in, or use the telephone and any other means of communication, including the Internet.
