Ashot Ghulyan highlights NKR’s participation in negotiation process

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 7, ARMENPRESS: The Nagorno Karabah conflict will not find a final regulation as long as the Nagorno Karabakh Republic does not participate in the negotiations, NKR National Assembly Speaker Ashot Ghulyan told journalists at Parliament. “It is the largest signal why Karabakh must participate in the negotiation process,” he stressed.

NKR National Assembly Speaker said that the roughest position belongs to Azerbaijan. Karabakh’s presence at the talks is not profitable for that country and they do everything possible to distort both the negotiation process and the format, Armenpress reports.
