ICRC representatives visit Azerbaijani saboteurs

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 7, ARMENPRESS: The representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross visited on November 5 the citizens of Azerbaijan Shahbaz Guliyev and Dilham Askerov, arrested in the Nagorno Karabakh Republic. The head of the press service of the International Committee of the Red Cross Armenian Office Zara Amatuni told Armenpress about it.

“This is the sixth visit of the ICRC representatives to the Azerbaijani citizens. During the meeting the sides exchanged family letters”,- she said.

As reported earlier, in the result of the operative investigation activities carried out by the NKR Defense Ministry, the NKR National Security Service and the relevant units of the NKR Police, a criminal case was initiated, based on the collected preliminary materials, in connection with the subversive operations carried out by the Azerbaijani citizens, who were arrested in Shahumyan region. As Armenpress was informed from the NKR General Prosecutor's Office earlier, in the result of the operative investigation activities carried out by the NKR Defense Ministry, the NKR National Security Service and the relevant units of the NKR Police, in Shahumyan region of NKR, Azerbaijani citizens, who illegally crossed the state border were discovered and arrested.
