Companies carrying out activity in border communities to be exempted from all taxes

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 25, ARMENPRESS: Government of Armenia has adopted a legislative package, according to which the companies carrying out activity in border communities will be exempted from all taxes.

During September 25 government’s session, Deputy Finance Minister Vakhtang Mirumyan noted that on Prime Minister’s assignment and on the decree of the Finance Minister, a working group has been set up in the Ministry, which aims along with the tax code development to initiate events that will enable to essentially improve our country’s business environment in current conditions of economic development. Thus realization of investments in our country will be promoted.

“This package is the first step of the working group, and with presentation of this project we start a new financial and economic, as well as fiscal policy,” said the Deputy Minister, Armenpress reports.
