NKR hands over under-age trespasser to Azerbaijani side

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 11, ARMENPRESS: Expressing good will and remaining committed to the provisions of the Geneva Convention, the Nagorno Karabakh authorities handed over the Azerbaijani under-age captive, who crossed the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, to the Republic of Azerbaijan. The captive was handed over on September 11 at 15.04 on the borderline between Armenia and Azerbaijan in the neighborhood of Bash Karvend village.
