YEREVAN, AUGUST 15, ARMENPRESS. Businessman Levon Hayrapetyan, who is accused of wasting and laundering money, refused to participate in the court session on arrest held on August 15. As “Armenpress” reports, the Armenian businessman underscored: “I feel very bad and I hardly reached here. The doctor is standing next to me for injection, whenever it is necessary. I trust my lawyers and I think they can do the work without me”.
In turn, his lawyer Henry Reznik said that the disease Hayrapetyan suffers from can lead to a new attack and serious consequences due to excessive emotions. But the court ruled that the trial can’t be held without Hayrapetyan, who participates in it with the help of teleconference communication.
Previously it was reported that the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation arrested Russia-resident rich Armenian businessman Levon Hayrapetyan.
