Georgia’s Deputy Foreign Minister believes that Sargsyan-Aliyev meeting in Sochi will be a success

YEREVAN, AUGUST 5, ARMENPRESS. Georgia’s First Deputy Foreign Minister David Zalkaliani expressed confidence that Armenia and Azerbaijan will be able to settle the current tense situation.

As reports "Armenpress", in an interview with Грузия Online news website such a view was expressed by the Georgian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, referring to the escalation of the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border and in the Line of Contact with Nagorno-Karabakh.

“The existence of another hearth of tension in the region is not in our interests. But I am sure that our neighbors will find a way out of this critical situation. I am sure that at the meeting in Sochi, scheduled at the end of this week, success will be achieved, "- said Zalkaliani.
