Opposition Strong Armenia MP Ruben Mkhitaryan elected committee chair

Opposition Strong Armenia MP Ruben Mkhitaryan passed the confirmation vote and was elected chair of the Armenian Parliament’s Committee on Territorial Administration and Environmental Protection.

Of the 89 MPs who took part in the vote, 53 voted in favor of Mkhitaryan’s candidacy and 36 voted against.
