Recent failures of Azerbaijani army can contribute to reduction of Azerbaijan's aggression: analyst

YEREVAN, AUGUST 5, ARMENPRESS. The political scientist Levon Melik-Shahnazaryan does not see prerequisites for the extended military activities between Armenia and Azerbaijan. The political scientist Levon Melik-Shahnazaryan stated this at the course of the press conference held on August 5. Levon Melik-Shahnazaryan highlighted that the failure of the recent subversive acts and direct assaults of Azerbaijan can decrease the Azerbaijani aggression. As reports “Armenpress”, the political scientist in particular underscored: “The recent failure of the Azerbaijani army and such number of human casualties can compel Azerbaijan to reduce the aggression and in general it decreases the possibility of resuming extended military activities.”

In addition, the political scientist Levon Melik-Shahnazaryan introduced the results of his own research, according to which during the recent operations the Azerbaijanis have recorded 35 casualties.
