France hopeful that Armenian and Azeri Presidents will accept Hollande's suggestion

YEREVAN, JULY 11, ARMENPRESS. France expects that the suggestion made by the French President François Hollande will have an opportunity to have continuation. The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of France to the Republic of Armenia Henry Reynaud stated this at the course of the press conference held on July 11. The Ambassador highlighted that France will create all the conditions necessary for the realization of its suggestion, when the sides express willingness to hold the meeting.

Responding the query of “Armenpress” News Agency, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of France to the Republic of Armenia Henry Reynaud stated that taking the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the ceasefire agreement, François Hollande announced that there is a necessity to fasten the negotiating process, the final goal of which is the establishment of stabile and trustworthy peace.

Among other things, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of France to the Republic of Armenia Henry Reynaud underscored: “The sides were urged to adopt a standpoint, which will give an opportunity to make a relevant agreement from the political viewpoint, which will contribute to the stabilization of the situation in the region.”
