There will be no return to past and borders: Davit Babayan

STEPANAKERT, JULY 4, ARMENPRESS. The view of the official Stepanakert on the borders and the security of the country does not undergo changes and the adopted principle which excludes return to the borders, continues to remain prior. By the assessment of the spokesperson of the NKR President, regardless the fact what opinion will be expressed and what way of solution will be offered, the view of Artsakh will be the same- there will not be return to the former borders and former situation.

“Return to the past, be it in terms of the status or borders, is impossible. We have fought for our independence, for secure and good life. Any statement, which will contain proposals on return to the former borders, will be disastrous for Artsakh,” Davit Babayan underscored.
