Diploma giving ceremony of Artsakh State University excellent graduates in NKR President Residence

STEPANAKERT, JUNE 5, ARMENPRESS. The President of Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan on June 5 in his residence handed in diplomas to a group of the Artsakh State University students who graduated the Alma Mater with distinction.

The General Department of Information of Artsakh Republic informed Armenpress that the President congratulated the graduates and together with diplomas handed in valuable gifts.

In his speech Bako Sahakyan noted that our republic needed qualified specialists who would serve their skills and capabilities to the country’s development and prosperity and would have a substantial contribution to secure progress in different fields of economy. The Head of the state expressed special gratitude to lecturers and professors who educate and bring up the younger generation, characterizing pedagogue's work as a hard, responsible and honorable mission
