SCC is put to another auction with less price

YEREVAN, JUNE 2, ARMENPRESS. Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concerts Complex is put to a second auction. At the first auction, which was announced on May 19-29, no buyer appeared. The auction did not take place and on the third working day, upon the demand of the law, it has been again put to a compulsory auction, this time with a 10% reduced price compared with the starting price. As reports "Armenpress", referring to the compulsory auction page of the Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service, the building was put to auction with a price of 17 billion 415 million AMD, instead of the previous 19 billion 350 million AMD. The auction will close in 10 days. So far there has been no bid.
