YEREVAN, MAY 20, ARMENPRESS. NASDAQ OMX Armenia OJSC on May 20 held sale and purchase of $ 5 million 60 thousand. As reports “Armenpress”, the demand for the U.S. dollar stood at AMD 412.20, and the offer – at AMD 412.25.
At the same time, on NASDAQ OMX Armenia Stock Exchange 13 deals were held in the field of credit resources. The volume of the deals totaled AMD 39.1 billion. The closing rate was 7.25 percent, the maximum – 7.60 percent, the minimum – 7.25 percent. The average rate totaled 7.4600 percent.
On April 1 the average AMD/USD exchange rate was 414.00, on April 2 – 415.08, on April 3 and 4 – 415.50, on April 8 – 415.00, on April 9 – 415.52, on April 10 – 415.70, on April 11 – 415.67, on April 14 – 415.25, on April 15 – 414.30. On March 27; 31 and April 7; 17 no sale and purchase was held on NASDAQ OMX. On April 16 the average AMD/USD exchange rate was 414.00, and on April 18 - 414.50. On April 22; 25 and 26 no sale and purchase was held on NASDAQ OMX. On April 28 the average AMD/USD exchange rate was 413.07, on April 29 - 413.92, on April 30 - 414.50. On May 5 deals were held. On May 6 the average AMD/USD exchange rate was 413.25.
