First secretary of Armenia’s Communist Party offers authorities to create cadres reserve

YEREVAN, APRIL 19, ARMENPRESS.The Communist Party of Armenia congratulates Hovik Abrahamyan on his appointment in the position of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia. The first secretary of the Communist Party of Armenia Tachat Sargsyan stated this at the course of the press conference on April 19. By his assessment, of 13 figures appointed in the position of Prime Minister only Andranik Margaryan and Tigran Sargsyan tenured and led the economy of the country in the longest period.

“A person in the position of the Prime Minister within just one year cannot lead the economy of the Republic, cannot have relations with the corresponding organizations the reason of which is not having a bank of cadres,” Tachat Sargsyan expressed such a view as reported by Armenpress. He offers the authorities to create a corresponding reserve of cadres, a bank.
