Russian expert considers Kessab events to be entire mankind’s problem

YEREVAN, APRIL 8, ARMENPRESS: The Kessab events are the problem of not only Armenians but also the entire mankind. The first deputy head of the international committee of the Russian Federal Council (upper house of the parliament) Vladimir Jabarov stated about it on April 8 during the Yerevan-Moscow video bridge. “If it continues like this, serious clashes may occur between the Christians and the Muslims, which will bring to the World War III”, - said Jabarov, Armenpress reports.

According to the first deputy head of the international committee of the Russian Federal Council, a century has passed since the Armenian Genocide, though the events still continue repeating. Vladimir Jabarov emphasized that such events should not repeat again. “I think that in the sake of their purposes, some permanent member countries of the UN Security Council close their eyes on the Kessab events, though it is necessary to make steps not to allow such things happen again”, - he said.
