Applicants qualify CC resolution over accumulative pensions as statehood success

YEREVAN, APRIL 2, ARMENPRESS: The representatives of the applicants on the issue of the constitutionality of a series of articles “About accumulative pensions” regard April 2 resolution of the Constitutional Court as statehood and civil society success and incentive to improve the moral-psychological atmosphere in the country. At the same time the pension system needs reformswhich should be carried out taking into account the resolution of the Constitutional Court.

At the course of the press conference convoked on April 2 the representative of the applicants, Deputy of the National Assembly Artsvik Minasyan stated that they have no enemies in this fight and want the resolution of the Constitutional Court to be perceived as statehood and civil society success. “This is not a success of individual victories. This is really an action directed to the strengthening of our statehood which was reflected in the resolution of the Constitutional Court,” the Deputy of the National Assembly said as reported by Armenpress.
