YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 11, ARMENPRESS:The Constitutional Court retained the decision of January 24 into force by the work ordering decision made on February 11. By that decision the Constitutional Court denied the mediation of the Deputy of “Armenian Revolutionary Federation” Faction of the National Assembly Artsvik Minasyan. Artsvik Minasyan had introduced a mediation to the Constitutional Court on February 11 by which he suggested to suspend also the acts of 8th, 8.1th , 14th , 37th and 38th articles of the law o the Republic of Armenia on “Accumulative pensions” until the end of the trial.
“Armenpress” reports that the decision of the Constitutional Court also notes to react on issues arisen by other mediations of the Deputies related to possible further consequences of current processes, as well as the situation of the execution of the Constitutional Court‘s decision of January 24 by by different members of the Central Bank and state Government within the frames of the case of the trial.
