JACE expropriation volume exceeds 20 billion AMD

YEREVAN, JANUARY 20, ARMENPRESS. Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Serviceof the Ministry of Justice held an enlarged consultation. The Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of the Republic of Armenia, Major-General of Justice Mihran Poghosyan conducted the consultation.

At the course of the consultation, the participants discussed and summarized the results of 2013 activity of Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service. According to the agenda, reports on expropriationofsums by Compulsory Enforcement Officers, abatementsand terminations oftheenforcementproceedings were introduced.

“Armenpress” was informed from the Press Service of Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service that expropriationandrecovery volume exceeded 20 billion AMD borderline in 2013. 123 thousand 232 enforcement proceedings were aroused before 105 thousand 570 of the previous year: the growth amounted to 116 percent.
