Situation is stable in Aleppo

YEREVAN, JANUARY 17, ARMENPRESS. The situation in Aleppo has been stable and quiet in recent times, no explosions have thundered. Aleppo source informed “Armenpress” about it adding that clashes between opposition and government forces continue in the suburbs and surrounding villages. The source also informed that no changes took place in the city, and electricity problem continues to be alarming. Only 1-2 hours electricity is provided within a day. Parallel to the absence of electricity, problems regarding water, communication emerge. In spite of that a somewhat stable situation made Aleppo residents happy and everybody looks forward to positive changes.

The source also noted that Armenian schools in Aleppo completed the examination period of the first semester along with other schools and will be on vacation until January 27.
