 “Joint investigation body” draft to introduce to Government

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 4, ARMENPRESS. The newly established Joint investigation body will soon launch operations. The draft of the law and the package of the legislative amendments about it will be introduced to the Government and will be discussed in the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia. According to the order made by the President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan on September 24, the Chairman of the established Commission of the formation of legislative security of the Joint investigation body Aghvan Hovsepyan on December 4 introduced the priority of the establishment of that body and the legislative amendments to the journalists and specially invited specialists. “There was need for implementing draft of the law “About Investigation Committee” for the establishment of the body and making changes in all the legislative provisions operating in the Republic of Armenia. The new draft of the law and the package of the amendments have already been introduced to the President staff of the Republic of Armenia and the Minister of Justice for further processing,” Aghvan Hovsepyan said as reported by “Armenpress”.
