Armenia’s CESJA to be member of International Union of Judicial Officers

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 29, ARMENPRESS. Chief Compulsory EnforcementOfficer of the Republic of Armenia, Major-Generalof Justice Mihran Poghosyan introduced the current basic issues of the continuous improvement of the activity of the service and the modernization of the mechanisms providing it at the course of the session of the International Union of Judicial Officers in Paris.
As “Armenpress” was informed from the press service of the Compulsory Enforcement Service of Judicial Acts of the Republic of Armenia, the chairman of the International Union of Judicial Officers stated after the speech that the ordinance of the Compulsory Enforcement Service of Judicial Acts of the Republic of Armenia and the recorded success serve as a basis for continuing cooperation in the status of the Union member. International Union of Judicial Officers offered to begin process defined for the membership. In that context the sides made an agreement on implementing steps for the common strategy to complete the process.
