Aronyan and Kramnik – favorites for candidates’ tournament: Garry Kasparov

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 29, ARMENPRESS: Former World Chess Champion Garry Kasparov considers the opponents of the new champion Magnus Carlsen to be Levon Aronyan and Vladimir Kramnik. “The main favorites of the candidates’ tournament are Aronyan and Kramnik”, - Kasparov wrote in his Twitter page.

Armenpress reports that the candidates’ tournament of the World Chess Championship will take place in March 2014 in Khanty-Mansiysk. The tournament will be attended by Viswanathan Anand, Vladimir Kramnik, Dmitry Andreikin, Veselin Topalov, Shakhriyar Mamedyarov, Levon Aronyan, Sergey Karjakin and Peter Svidler.
