Armenian police to ensure security of Sochi Olympiad

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 24, ARMENPRESS: The active and effective cooperation between the Police of the Republic of Armenia and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation has been supplemented with a new interesting project. The representatives of the two agencies are currently working on the police cooperation of the two countries in the framework of the security ensuring program of the Sochi Games 2014. This was reported to Armenpress by the Head of the Department for Mass Media and Public Relations of the Police of the Republic of Armenia Ashot Aharonyan.

The Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the General Vladimir Kolokoltsev and the Head of the Police of the Republic of Armenia Vladimir Gasparyan informed the public about it after the meeting held in Sochi.

The Sochi Winter Games 2014 will be held on February 7-23.
