YEREVAN, AUGUST 22, ARMENPRESS:In the result of the numerous bomb blasts by the oppositionist militants at the Al Qassaa District of Damascus two Armenians have been wounded. This was reported to Armenpress by the resident of Damascus Nazareth Elmajyan. “The wounded are mother and son Mirna and Nazareth Torosyans. They were taken to the hospital and their condition is stable”, - said the Damascus resident. The district is mainly inhabited by Christians, Armenians as well.

According to Nazareth Elmajyan, no Armenian was injured in the result of the possible use of chemical weapon nearby the Damascus districts.

Recently information has been spread that the Damascus nearby districts were bombed with Sarin nerve gas, which caused several hundreds of victims.
