Animated film about Sayat Nova received an award

YEREVAN, JULY 29, ARMENPRESS: Council of “Awakening of Armenian cinematography” awarded director Andranik Torosyan’s “Sayat Nova: the last prayer” animated film with “National film” award. “Armenpress” was informed from the president of “Awakening of Armenian cinematography” film center Armen Aharonyan that the award has been given for perpetuating and introducing the image of great Armenian poet to future generations with the help of animation.

“Sayat Nova: the last prayer” animated film is one of the creations dedicated of the 300th anniversary of great Armenian poet which was celebrated in 2012.
