Criminal case filed on murder of Armenian farmer’s children

YEREVAN, JULY 29, ARMENPRESS: A criminal case was filed on the fact of murder of the children of an Armenian farmer in Russia in accordance with the 2nd part of the 105th article of the Criminal Code for “murder” and the 1st part of the 222nd article for “illegal use of weapon”. As reported by Armenpress, quoting the Russian RIA Novosti, according to the preliminary investigation, the murder was carried out because of the business conflict or personal enmity.

A masked person penetrated into the house of the Armenian farmer Khachatur Ghazaryan at night of July 28. The Regional Commission of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation announced that he criminal entered the house via the roof and killed the two children of the Armenian, then wounded his wife. The killer wanted to kill the parents, but at that night the children were sleeping on the sofa, where the parents used to sleep. When the wife of Khachatur Ghazaryan came down the stairs to see what is the noise about, the killer shot at her. The witnesses described the murderer in details but because of the heavy rain the search dogs of the police could not get the traces of the criminal.
