Five Armenians kidnapped in Syria

YEREVAN, JULY 26, ARMENPRESS: Five Armenians have been kidnapped in Syria on July 26. “Armenpress” reports that they were in the bus traveling from Aleppo to Yerevan. The incident happened near Turkish border. Among the passengers were also women but it became known that they have been released.

By the UN data, during the two-year bloodshed in Syria more than 100 thousands of people have fallen victims. Currently 4,5 million refugees live in Syria and 1,5 million – in the neighboring countries. Several tens of Armenians have been killed in the result of the collisions.
