Wounded people on Aleppo-Beirut road have been taken to hospital

YEREVAN, JULY 23, ARMENPRESS: Two busses leaving for Beirut from Aleppo have been attacked by armed forces on July 23. The attack took place on the distance of 30 km from Aleppo. “Armenpress” was informed from its sources in Aleppo that in buses had been many Armenians. During the attack were used bombs and opened fire by snipers.

Our source in Aleppo confirmed that among attacked people there are dead and wounded people have been taken to various hospitals of Aleppo. The names of dead and wounded people are being checked.

Besides our source informed that among 200 people taken hostage in North-Eastern border of Syria there are not Armenians.

According to UN data because of clashes which last in Syria for more than two years more than 100 000 people died including almost fifty Armenians. The number of refugees is 1.5 million.
