Karekin II hosted Spanish writer Gonzales Guarchi

YEREVAN, JUNE 21, ARMENPRESS: In Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin on June 21 Supreme PatriarchandCatholicos ofAll Armenians Karekin II hosted famous Spanish writer Gonzales Guarchi who was accompanied by the president of the Writers’ Union of Armenia Levon Ananyan.

“Armenpress” was informed from Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin that greeting the visit of the guest brought his good wishes and blessings to him and members of his family who were present at the meeting. The writer thanked for the warm reception and gave to the Catholicos Russian translations of some his works.

During the talk Supreme PatriarchandCatholicos ofAll Armenians Karekin II reverberated to the creations of the Spanish writer mentioning that the works expressing fair and humanitarian feelings of its author who raised his voice for reorganization and condemnation of Armenian genocide. Karekin II expressed satisfaction to Gonzales Guarchi for the service to Armenian nation stressing that due to efforts of people like the Spanish writer Armenian genocide must be recognized and condemned by all nations and states.
