Experts of Washington Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs of US Department of State visited Police of Armenia

YEREVAN, MAY 23, ARMENPRESS: The group of experts of the Washington Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs of the US Department of State is currently in Yerevan. As Armenpress was reported by the Department for Mass Media and Public Relations of the Police of the Republic of Armenia, on May 22 the Deputy Head of the Police of Armenia, the Major-General of Police Arthur Osikyan hosted the delegation of the Washington Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs of the US Department of State.
During the meeting the interlocutors discussed the works implemented in the Police of the Republic of Armenia with the assistance provided by the US Embassy to Armenia and the opportunities of the further cooperation between the Armenian Police and the US Embassy.
In the framework of the visit the delegation of the Washington Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs of the US Department of State had meetings with the General Advisor to the Head of the Police of Armenia Grigor Badiryan, as well as visited the RA Police Headquarters, the general departments for fight against organized crime and criminal investigation, the RA Police educational complex, the information center and the Armavir Marz Police Department.
