Memorandum on mutual understanding signed between Armenian government and IBM

YEREVAN, MAY 20, ARMENPRESS: Memorandum on mutual understanding has been signed between Armenian government and world known IBM technology company, which will give opportunity to study possibilities of long-term cooperation. As reports Armenpress, after the signature of the document Vice President of IBM Kirill Kornilyev has noted that long-term cooperation requires disclosure of new potential in educational institutions, IT organizations as well as small and medium enterprises.

According to Armenian Minister of Economy Vahram Avanesyan, entrance of IMB to Armenian market will become an impetus for the development of Information Technologies’ sphere.

Thanks to memorandum sides will observe the frames of Armenian participation in IBM educational programs.

Agreement on establishing bilateral cooperation was reached during Tigran Sargsyan’s visit to USA which took place in 2012.
