Armenian sportsmen to participate in Red Fox Elbrus Race 2013 festival

YEREVAN, MAY 3, ARMENPRESS: The Armenian Mountaineering and Hiking Federation was invited to participate in the Red Fox Elbrus Race 2013 annual festival to be held on May 6-11. As Armenpress was reported by the Armenian Mountaineering and Hiking Federation, in the festival Armenia will be presented by the best sportsmen of the Federation – Levon Movsisyan, Vardan Khachatryan and Hovhannes Martirosyan.

The Festival will be attended as well by the participants from Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Germany, Italy, Poland and the United Kingdom.

During the two years of the activities of the Armenian Mountaineering and Hiking Federation Armenian sportsmen have registered quite considerable results, winning the Cups of Demavend (5670), Kazbek (5033) and Elbrus (5642).
