Sirusho and Alexandra Stan to give a joint concert in Lebanon

YEREVAN, MARCH 18, ARMENPRESS: Sirusho and Romanian singer Alexandra Stan on March 30 will have a joint concert in Lebanon. In the interview with Armenpress Sirusho’s PR responsible Arevik Udumyan noted that the idea of giving a joint concert was suggested by Lebanese side.

Fans have expressed their excitement over the concert in the official Facebook page of Sirusho as well as wished such concert to be organized in Armenia.

Alexandra Ioanna Stan is a Romanian singer. She released her début single, "Lollipop (Param Pam Pam)", in late 2009. The song impacted United States mainstream radios in early 2010, peaking at number-eighteen. Her sophomore release, "Mr. Saxobeat", became her worldwide breakthrough hit, selling almost 1,000,000 copies in less than a year and reaching the top five in over twenty countries such as New Zealand and the United Kingdom and the top thirty in Australia, Canada and United States. She released her debut album in August 2011, titled Saxobeats. The album spawned two more singles: "Get Back (ASAP)" and "1.000.000" the latter with rapper Carlprit. On 4 June 2012, she released a new single, Lemonade, which has over 44 million views, as of 24 February 2013.

Sirusho is going to make another surprise on April 6. It is a joint concert with “Dorians” band, representing Armenia in Eurovision 2013. Combination of rock and pop as well as rhythms of national music will be presented to the audience.
