Constitutional Court of Armenia refused applications of Raffi Hovhannisyan and Andrias Ghukasyan

YEREVAN, MARCH 14, ARMENPRESS: Constitutional Court of Armenian Republic refused applications of former presidential candidates Raffi Hovhannisyan and Andrias Ghukasyan on disputing N62 A decision “On election of the President of Armenian Republic” of Central Electoral Commission. As reports Armenpress, President of Constitutional Court Gagik Harutyunyan read the verdict.

“On the decision of Constitutional Court only assessment of combination of legal facts of evidential significance may be considered as legal basis,” Gagik Harutyunyan said.

Andrias Ghukasyan wasn’t present when reading the verdict.

Review of applications of former presidential candidates Raffi Hovhannisyan and Andrias Ghukasyan was finished in Constitutional court on March 13.

K. Balayan, F. Tokhyan and A. Khachatryan are appointed as rapporteurs of the case.
