Constitutional Court decided to start case investigation in accordence with Raffi Hovhanniyan’s application

YEREVAN, MARCH 5, ARMENPRESS: Based on presidential candidate Raffi Hovhannisyan’s application on disputing N62 A decision “On election of the President of Armenian Republic” of Central Electoral Commission, Constitutional Court reached a decision to accept the case for investigation.

As reports Armenpress, case will be investigated in accordance with Article 31-3 on Constitutional Court of Law of Republic of Armenia.

Case hearing will take place at 10:00 am March 11, 2013.

K. Balayan and F. Tokhyan are appointed as rapporteurs of the case. Central Electoral Commission will be also involved in the hearing.

Armenian Presidential candidates Raffi Hovhannisyan and Andrias Ghukasyan applied to Constitutional Court on March 4, 2013 in order to dispute February 25 N62 A decision of CEC.
