Another candidate for the post of Armenian President. only his first and last names are known

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 26, ARMENPRESS: Another candidate is nominated for the post of Armenian President during elections held in Armenia on February 18, 2013. Armenpress reports that impartial Mher Hayrapetyan presented all the necessary documents to the Central Electoral Commission on December 25. Earlier that day, Head of Union for National Self-Determination Paruyr Hayrikyan and Vardan Sedrakyan submitted the whole necessary documents to the Central Electoral Commission. Mher Hayrapetyan refused to answer "Armenpress" questions noting that campaign had not launched yet. He said only his name and surname. Some sources report he is physician.

The candidates may submit necessary documents to the Central Electoral Commission before 18:00 January 4, 2013. The election campaign will launch on January 21 and will last until February 16. The votes will kick off on February 18 at 08:00 and will last until 20:00.
