Hranush Hakobyan wants presidential elections to be qualitatively new

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 24, ARMENPRESS. The Minister of Diaspora of the Republic of Armenia Hranush Hakobyan wants the upcoming presidential election to differ from the previous one qualitatively. As reports "Armenpress" during the press conference the Minister of Diaspora of the Republic of Armenia stated: "While receiving the Head of State it's of a certain importance to know that the people supports him."

Among other things Hranush Hakobyan noted that number one function of a ministry is to execute its work properly, find solutions to the issues put forward by the President, including appropriate realization of the programs, which target recognition of the homeland and supporting the Syrian-Armenians. The Minister of Diaspora of the Republic of Armenia stressed: "If we are doing our job as representatives of the President's team, this means that by this we support fluent course of the political procedures."

Notwithstanding Hranush Hakobyan noted that President Serzh Sargsyan managed to stop the descend of the country, which is of a certain importance. Hakobyan is convinced that our future is closely connected with the strengthening democracy.
