YEREVAN, OCTOBER 10, ARMENPRESS. "If Only Everyone…" film about Artsakh war and simply human relationship attracted attention of the audience. Movie dedicated to the 20th anniversary of Armenian Army and Independence of the Republic of Armenia was much talked about not solely in local mess media, but in international press also. On October 9 it was announced that the movie was included in the extended list for American Academy Oscar Awards in nomination of “the Best Foreign Language Film”.
In a conversation with “Armenpress” from Korea director the movie Natalija Bieliauskiene said the following; “The movie succeeded thanks to love and honesty”. In her opinion it is difficult to say if the movie can assist the procedure of regulation of Armenian-Azerbaijani cultural relations, as in reality culture is too far from politics.
There have been many festivals since the very beginning of the year: the movie was represented in “Kinoshock” festival, in Romanian 8th International Festival in Bucharest actor and co producer of the movie Michael Poghosyan was awarded as a best actor for starring in “If Only Everyone…” movie. Asian premier of the film will take place in South Korea. The movie will be represented in international Charity Festival “Лучезарный ангел” in Moscow form 1-10 of November.
In a talk with “Armenpress” co producer of the film Michael Poghosyan mentioned that it’s too soon for predictions for “Oscar” Awards, as there are 71 films from Post Soviet region included in the extended list, as per the short list of the nomination, it will be announced on January 10 of 2013. Poghosyan said; “The movie is relating to all mankind and is telling us about Artsakh war, its consequences and human destiny”.
