Armenian Minister of Labor and Social Affairs participated in conference on Aging issues in Vienna

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 21, ARMENPRESS: Armenian delegation under the supervision of Armenian Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Artem Asatryan participated in ministerial conference of UN Economic Commission on Aging issues in Vienna on September 19-20. As Armenpress was informed from the press, informational and public relations department of Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the conference was organized by Austrian government. Delegations from about 50 countries participated in the event. Armenian Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Artem Asatryan presented the current situation in Armenia concerningmainaging issues; he also referred to the steps undertaken by Armenian government and the ongoing reforms. UN Executive Secretary of the Economic Commission especially evaluated Armenian steps and achievement in this sphere, the draft map for solving the issues of aging.
Armenian Minister of Labor and Social Affairs had working meetings with his colleagues from other countries as well as the representatives of different international organizations.
