YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 21, ARMENPRESS: The holiday is considered as a national in case it is valuable not for one layer of the society but for the entire nation despite gender, age, social belonging or preferences.

In this regard, the Independence day is special for Armenia. On September 21, 1991 the vast majority of the adult population said “yes” to Armenian independence. “Do you agree Armenia to be independent democratic republic, separated from USSR?”. The majority gave a positive answer to the question. And the photos will prove it.
