YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 12, ARMENPRESS: The developments in the Middle East region are unpredictable; it may create a dangerous situation for Armenia too. '' Kuwait and Saudi Arabia dictated by the United States of America are continuing to provide means to free army to purchase weapon. Turkey has for long considered the overthrow of Assad authority and choose a new regime to mediate'' Hakob Chakryan, specialist on Turkey told the reporters. In the words of the interlocutor the opposition composed of 16 groups is not unanimous, so in case Assad regime fails, there is nobody to replace him.
Specialist on Arabic studies Hayk Kocharyan stated Turkish-Syrian relations are rather complicated, regardless the fact there are no essential changes. The situation remains tense for the region. ''The move of Armenians from Syria is dangerous, it winds its way from deserted part of Turkey . Syrian Armenians may encounter problems, surely carrying with them their fortune'' Kocharyan noted.
The major offensive by rebels is underway aimed at overthrowing Assad regime. The clashes between Assad royal forces and opposition are mostly orchestrated in the nearby territories of capital Damascus and Aleppo. The rebels are continuing to attack the outskirts of the cities applying rapid retreat tactics.
