Armenian primacy of Aleppo is guarded by Governmental troops

YEREVAN, AUGUST 22, ARMENPRESS: The region of Armenian primacy of Aleppo is again under the control of governmental troops. Yesterday the information about the actions of opposition in the territories near primacy was contradictory: it was reported that Armenian districts were passed under control of Syrian Free Army.

Armenpress was informed from press secretary of National Primacy of Aleppo Jirayr Reisyan that in result of clashes none of Armenian buildings had suffered, any Armenian had not died. He also denied the rumors that opposition wanted to capture Cilicia School.

The facebook account of Aleppo Armenians informs that during the cleanings in Jdidye district more than 400 members of Syrian Free Army had died. Despite that fact in several districts of Aleppo the clashes go on. The rumors that Armenian districts are under the control of opposition do not correspond to reality.

During the last period representatives of Armenian community of Syria also began to leave the country. The applications submitted from Syria by our compatriots are being envisaged by accelerated procedure, at least within ten days. 41 families consisting of 76 members has applied to migration service of Armenia in order to get habitation and already 27 families have got temporary habitations.
