Syrian Armenian soldier has disappeared for more than a week

YEREVAN, AUGUST 10, ARMENPRESS: The kidnapping of different nations – Armenians, Kurds, Arabs, in Syria have increased lately regardless of their religion. Armenpress was informed from representative of Armenian community in Syria Nazareth Elmajyan that because of the fact that the security bodies of the country are very busy the number of bandit groups has increased which implement the kidnappings. According to Elmajyan those kidnappings are not directed to a concrete nation.

There is not information about Kesab Armenian Khajak Abelyan for already 8 days. The Armenian young man served in Syrian army, in city Aleppo.

On August 9 there was information that near the border of Lebanon Armenian young man has been kidnapped and for his liberation are demanded one million Syrian liras. Nazareth Elmajyan said that there is information that he can be freed today.

Syrian Sana agency informed that several districts of Aleppo are free of riots. The residents of abovementioned districts came out the streets welcoming the soldiers.
