YEREVAN, JULY 17, ARMENPRESS: The campaign of presidential elections in Nagorno-Karabakh Republic is finishing on July 17: Tomorrow is a “silence day” in Nagorno Karabakh. 75 percent of the NKR citizens which have a right to vote will give their voice for the present President Bako Sahakyan. Armenpress reports that about this said Director of sociologic center “Sociometer” Aharon Adibekyan during the press conference on July 17.
The rest 25 percent will be shared between the other two presidential candidates Vitaly Balasanyan and Arkady Soghomonyan. “Vitaly Balasanyan will not win because during the campaign had a very radical behavior. None of his statements is justified whereas the program of Bako Sahakyan is practical” he said.
The sociologist mentioned that 65 percent of the youth and people who have not very good living conditions have not decided yet whom they will give their vote.
According to Adibekyan the presidential election in NKR will be like the previous ones – free, fair and transparent. “To give a bribe is senseless in Karabakh as Bako Sahakyan himself struggled against grafters and because of it lost 10 percent of his votes” he said.
