A film about Arno Babajanyan will be shown during “Golden Apricot”

YEREVAN, JULY 9, ARMENPRESS: Eduard Hambardzumyan’s “Arno” film will be shown in the framework of international film festival “Golden Apricot”. The film tells about famous composer Arno Babajanyan. Armenpress reports that during the meeting with the journalists the director of the film mentioned that in the film are shown those places where the hero lived, studied and created. “His son – Ara Babajanyan tells several interesting and amusing stories. About Arno Babajanyan tell Armen Dzhigarkhanyan, Evgeni Evtushenko, Joseph Kobzon, Nerses Hovhannisyan, Eduard Mirzoyan and Alexander Haroutynyan” he said. Eduard Hambardzumyan mentioned that he had some fears before the shootings as there are many films about Babajanyan.

The film is in Russian language, but the director promised that it would have also Armenian version. “It is a very kind film, is full of jokes. It is an attempt to discover Arno from another sight” he said.
