Vladimir Putin announced Russia’s President by Central Election Commission

MOSCOW, MARCH 5, ARMENPRESS. Central Election Commission (CEC) chairman Vladimir Churov announced Putin Russia's President in the first round based on preliminary results.

After counting 99.3% of votes, it has been found that Putin has polled 63.75.3%, Genady Zyuganov, 6.23%, Mikhail Prokhorov, 7.82%, Vladimir Zhirinovsky, 6.23% and Sergey Mironov, 3.85%.
