MPs of Armenia vote against bill on passing to 100% proportional election system

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 29, ARMENPRESS: The majority of the MPs of the Armenian National Assembly voted against the bill on making amendments in the Electoral Code in the first reading. Armenpress reports that 30 voted for, 56 against and four abstained.

The bill has been proposed by the Heritage and ARF opposition parties.
