Armmono Armenian theatrical festival scheduled for February 29-March 5

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 27, ARMENPRESS: This year "Armmono" international theatrical festival of mono performances is scheduled for February 29 March 5 in Yerevan. Taking into consideration that from this year the international Yerevan Shakespeare festival will have a format of mono performances, the international Shakespeare festival after V. Papzyan will also be included in it. Speaking to Armenpress, spokesperson for the festival Vlad Muradyan said the core of the festival will be the Lithuanian program dedicated to the 20th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic and cultural ties. The festival will host deputy minister of culture of Lithuania and Chancellor, director of Lithuania's mono performances international festival Maria Tanana, well-known Lithuanian dramaturge Lucia Armonaite. The premier of the latter's "The Bird and the Kitty" piece will take place on the days of the festival in Yerevan.
